Sale of VTC Franceschetti Elastomeri
The Vita Group has sold the VTC Franceschetti Elastomeri business, based in Corte Franca, Italy, in a buyout led by business manager, Francesco Franceschetti.
VTC Franceschetti Elastomeri specialises in rigid TPE compounds and is a key supplier to the ski boot and footwear markets. The Company has been a member of Vita’s Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) Group since 2005.
The Vita Group leadership believes this is a win-win transaction for both parties and allows Vita’s remaining TPE businesses, VTC Elastoteknik (Sweden) and Vita Thermoplastic Polymers (UK), to focus on their core medical, TPV and flexible TPE product offering.
