The Vita Group sells Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) businesses to HEXPOL
The Vita Group has sold its thermoplastic elastomer businesses to HEXPOL. These businesses comprise Vita Thermoplastic Polymers, based in Manchester UK and VTC Elastoteknik AB, based in Amal Sweden.
The acquisition by HEXPOL provides the businesses with excellent opportunities for continued future development and investment within the TPE market.
The Vita Thermoplastic Polymers, VTC Elastoteknik and Vita Group senior leadership teams are enthusiastic about the sale and are convinced that it will benefit the business, customers and employees.
