VTC TPE Group Present Flexible TPE Solutions at Interplastica 2009

Leading thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) manufacturer, VTC TPE Group will present its commitment to providing high performance, technically advanced and cost-effective TPE solutions at the forthcoming INTERPLASTICA exhibition 27 – 30 January 2009 in Moscow, Russia.

2009 will mark the VTC TPE Group’s first time at the exhibition, with their Dryflex range of TPEs for a wide range of Russian markets including automotive, construction and electronics taking pride of place. VTC TPE Group will be showcasing in conjunction with distributor OOO Telko of Saint- Petersburg, Russia. The move to exhibit at the event highlights the importance of the Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets to VTC TPE Group’s expanding global business strategy.

Particular focus at the show will be VTC TPE Group’s Dryflex ‘A’ series for bonding applications. They are designed to provide an economical solution for a wide variety of overmoulding and co-extrusion applications while providing many design and processing advantages:

• Soft-touch feel
• Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including PP, ABS, PC, PA and PE
• Easy to process and color
• Tactile and non-slip grip
• Range of hardnesses from 0 Shore A to 60 Shore D
• Good weatherability and durability
• Translucent grades available

At INTERPLASTICA, VTC TPE Group and OOO Telko will display applications that showcase the versatility, durability and broad property spectrum of their TPE range, these will include glazing and door sealing applications, where the efficient processing and recyclability of Dryflex TPEs have proved them to be a quality replacement for vulcanised rubber.
